Is it possible to stretch or do a slight routine while I have a thrombosed vein?

Is it possible to stretch or do a slight routine while I have a thrombosed vein?

Hey guys, I have had an annoying T-vein for over 4 months… since January. It was diagnosed by a uro. I have done no PE at all since then but have still been beating off, however I am trying to reduce porn completely but I have not been successful. But I will keep trying until I quit forever. Because I have been trying to quit I haven’t been beating off that much, not more than 3 or 4 times a week usually.

I am not sure if my T vein will ever go away. When it is irritated, I can feel some discomfort while wearing underwear. but when it is not I can’t feel it. However, no matter what I can feel the slightly enlarged vein near the glans, even when it is not irritating. I thought it would have healed by now but it hasn’t. I am not sure if the vein will always be there.

Would it be OK to do some stretches after warming up if I don’t feel any pain before, during or after the exercises? Maybe stretches, which might not affect the blood vessels as much so they don’t bother the T vein?
However, this may also be a bad idea. Thanks for the help.

If you want to reduce your risk of further injury the answer is no PE, not until the vein heals.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the reply. I have healed the T-vein to the point where I can’t feel any discomfort before, but then I don’t know how much longer it will take for it to go away totally. Then I usually think I don’t need to restrict myself from beating off and after some times it goes back to feeling slightly uncomfortable. I guess my even sporadic beating off is affecting it though, I will have to cut that down to 0 or very near it.
