Is It Possible To "Overdo" It?

I’m five days into my PE journey, with each day consisting of about an hours worth of stretching and basic jelqing. Is this too much too soon?

Also, I have not been warming up or warming down and have taken no rest day thus far. Is this counter productive? Are rest days and warming up/down critical to achieving gains?

It’s definitely possible that an hour a day is too much to start with, especially if there’s no warming up or down included in that hour. After half a year I’m personally down to about 40 minutes including warming up and down (10 and 5 minutes respectively). I did an hour for a while. I think it’s very advisable to take rest days, 2 on 1 off or something in that direction. Not just to start with but in general.

Constant heat is a factor which increases growth for most of us so this is also advised. It’s always exciting to start with something new, but this is a marathon. Trying to sprint is just going to get you injured.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Over doing it is a common “condition” between beginners. Did you noticed any changes since your start? Any loss in hardness?

Warming up will loosen up everything inside your penis. Ligaments will become more malleable and support further stress. Under and after heat, collagen tend to stay in a gel-like form, assisting and resulting in a better expansion.

Actually growth happens while we rest. Post-routine expansion is mostly swelling and the body will get it fixed to it’s normal state in a few hours.

Yes, I have noticed changes, all very encouraging ones thus far; My erect penis looks and feels healthier and a bit heftier than it did before and some veins have appeared along my shaft. I also have an exponentially easier time reaching and maintaining an erection, and the erections I’m having now are harder and stronger than I’ve ever had before. Even whilst flaccid, my penis feels firmer than it did before.

So with all this considered, is it safe to assume I’m doing something right? Also, is it typical to see such changes within the first few days? I’m not even a week in yet.

When your EQ drops, you’ve overdone it. I say this and I often also say that my dick I s made of iron and can take a beating without hurting. The EQ drop or lack of morning wood is where I draw the line.

This is a marathon not a sprint. Don’t rush it and enjoy the process.

The proeminence of the superficial veins could indicate that your approach is working, but still too soon to conclude anything. Since your penis never felt PE before, even the slightest routine could step up the basic functions, like hardness, erection angle etc.

Also, is it typical to see such changes within the first few days? I'm not even a week in yet.
Upgrades in EQ tends to happen in the first two weeks, pretty common actually. I would say all normal so far.
