Recently I have been staying up quite late (as late as 3 am and the earliest I have went to bed is 12 midnight). Consequently I wake up very late into the morning (9-10 am). I’ve noticed I never wake up with morning wood recently and I was wondering if I could possibly miss out on my morning wood or maybe I don’t have it at all? I’m trying my best to sleep early, but it’s really hard to do it when I need to stay up for something important every night. Also, could lack of quality sleep play a factor with the quality of morning wood?

Thanks for the article. That was really informative. I also forgot to mention that I’m guilty of being such a lazy ass when trying to get up from bed so that could probably explain why I miss out on my morning wood.
