Is it possible to kegel too much
I kegel often: In the shower, when I’m laying down in bed, while listening to music—sometimes during class when I get bored, etc. Well, I know that it’s possible to jelq and stretch too much, but is it possible to kegel too much? I over-jelqed last Thursday, but I’ve pretty much recovered from that; and even though I kegel often, I don’t experience any injuries.
My question is this: Is it possible to injure your penis by kegeling too much? I don’t want to get carried away in my kegeling exercises and accidentally injure myself.
