I bet you could possibly gain a centimeter in a year. That’s better than inch if you live in Germany, as many people don’t even use the Imperial measurement system. Not sure why you have set a deadline for your gains. Goals are good, but deadlines are a good way to self-sabotage yourself.

When I have only started PE - I gained 1 cm of girth in less than 6 months. Really. And it did go off at all. So, if you do PE and have strict technique/approach and clear aim - it is possible. Even easier if you are young.

First gains always easy and the biggiest. If you didn’t get them, you did smth wrong or without dedication - that’s clear observations from my experience.


1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

That’s not some kind of universal truth. Everybody gains in their own way and at their own speed. As far as “without dedication” goes, you can’t say that. I think just as many new guys try to do too much initially, and impede their progress that way, as try too little. I see guys not getting gains and they list off exercises and a routine that must take close to an hour, and leave their penis wore out and beaten down. Not everyone will get the same newbie gains. I bet ten guys doing the same workout will have at least five different results. It’s just the idiosyncrasies of our human bodies.

Is there any way to check girth potential?
For example, we can look at stretch for length. When it’s long one we can be pretty sure we won’t face any obstacles. Does that work for girth too? Should it extend during or after session?

Speaking about speed, for sure, that’s quite individual. In my 3 months I got 0 girth gain. When I push more blood then mostly only my glans extend and surface of dick simply becomes hard as steel.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

Goal: To understand what makes penis to grow.

I don’t believe there is any way to tell your potential for girth, or length. It is all just speculation and anecdotal evidence, to the best of my knowledge. You just have to try it and see.
