My dick is currently 7” long by 4.4” girth. I have always avoided sex because of this. I’ve tried doing some jelqing routines a few times but have never managed to do them consistently. I’m starting to think it’s probably not worth it, because I’ve heard that guys who start out long and thin only gain length and not girth when they do PE. Is this true? If I don’t do any PE, is it possible for me to still get laid? I’m 18 by the way.

If you do not do any PE, you can definitely get laid.

I don’t think you can make the assumption that if you start out long and thin, you’ll tend to gain length over girth with PE. It seems to be true that generally, length seems easier to gain than girth, but your mileage may vary.

You may be a good candidate for pumping. Of all the PE exercises, I think pumping tends to favor girth development moreso than length. Just remember, patience is your friend.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Guys with smaller dicks get plenty of ass. Quit thinking it’s about your penis cause it’s not. Just build up some confidence and worry less about your penis and more about the guy attached to it.

If you want to gain some girth though, look into jelqing. It’s cheap and you probably do it already. Read this page on jelqing.

Well I’ve never read that. Pumping may well suit you, but you should still start with the Important Newbie Threads/Info for 3 months or so, and you may well find you gain girth just doing that and don’t need to move onto anything else.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I am still very worried about this. My length:girth ratio is extremely abnormal. I don’t think any girls would allow me to have sex with them after they see it.

Your penis is fine and normal. You need to focus on your consistency if you want to grow though.

I think all people can gain length and girth no matter what as long as they put in the necessary work.

I think this “pencil dick syndrome” is all in your head. Your dick is fine. Make it bigger if you want. That is why we are all here.

But there is nothing wrong with your dick, and I bet there are some women who will brag about it to their friends.

However you are too busy hiding from these women because of a flaw you perceive you have.

It is bad that you are WASTING your life and avoiding sex and relationships.

My girth gains came from pumping. Yes the gains are permanent.

So while you are doing newbie for three months, read up on pumping in the pumping forum. That’s what I did.

These are almost my exact measurements and I agree with what’s been said, that the anxiety is all mental. At 4.5 girth, I’ve never had a girl complain or even say anything about it… to the contrary, I’ve been told that I was the best sex she’d ever had by one and pleasantly surprised another girl who when after sticking her hand down my pants said (and I’m paraphrasing because I don’t remember exact words) “oh, you’re big.” Now, I thought to myself, “big? are you serious?” because of course, I never thought I’d hear those words, but sure enough I did. I’ve also been with a girl whom with I struggled to fit inside first first attempt (she was quite tight but still). You have nothing to worry about there. If a girl thinks you’re undersized, she’s either a slut or just really likes huge ones, but I’d wager that won’t be the case.

Now, to the point about getting laid. When I got laid for the first time at age 17, I wasn’t the length I am now (which grew naturally over the next several years). I was probably about 6” x 4 1/4 to 1/2. I don’t know girth wise for sure, because I never measured it until more recently but that’s a fair estimate I’d say. I was much to horny to get caught up in the insecurity, even though it was there a little bit. I think if you just focus on having fun, being playful and flirty (being you), it’ll happen naturally and you probably won’t even think about it because you’ll be so in the moment of what’s happening. Be in the moment with her and that place in your head that carries these anxieties won’t even register. Then you’ll look back afterwards and think “Wow, I didn’t even think about it!” If you wanna do PE, do it for you… not for the girl, because most will come and go and the ones worth keeping around will accept you just as you are, whether below average, average or above average, below the belt. Believe me—there are lots of chicks out there with a snatch that’ll feel like a velvet vise wrapped around your dick just as it is right now. You just aren’t letting yourself find one. The problem is with the sex organ between your ears, not the one between your legs. Fix your thinking.

So, saddle up and start the Newbie Routine. Stick with it for at least three months. Find the discipline to get your workouts done each week. Don’t fall into the trap of obsessing over the long haul. Make you goal a daily one—get that session done on workout days, and leave your dick alone (well fuck a girl if the opportunity arises!) on rest days. Keep a simple journal to log your workouts, and write down your accurate starting measurements.

Once your first few months are completed, make an evaluation. Have you gained? If so, then awesome! If not, then what you have done is succeeded in becoming conditioned enough to start incorporating additional techniques of higher intensity. At that point you would want to look closely at girth centered work, since that seems to be your primary concern. But be sure to postpone girth dedicated work until after a decent conditioning period. Injuries are no fun.

Totally normal size. The more you get laid the more chicks will be telling their friends how hung you are. Try to look at it in a positive light and of how much anal you’ll be getting before chicks start turning you away for having too big of a dick plus you can enjoy getting deep throated. Work with what you have now. You’ve got a good base to start increasing it.
