Everyone will tell you that masturbation will have no effect on PE. That being said. When you first start PE it is had to control shooting a load like during wet jelqing. When something feel like a wet set of pussy lips sliding up and down your shaft it is hard to think of it as exercise.

My theroy is that PE is a way to better sex, it should not be sex. If you jack off before streches it would be okay because you want a softie for that. But for jelqing you need an erection. I aways try to wait at least and hour before having any sex after jelqing. I try to get in my mind that the two things I am doing with my dick are different.

Thunder, newbies SHOULD do a lot of reading when they first start. For many reasons, such as…
