Is it ok for uncut newbie to use VacExtender for manual exercises?
I’ve been doing PE for about 2 months or so, basically following the newbie routine to the letter. However, I recently realized that because I’m uncut, the stretching that I’ve done has focused way too much on the skin and not enough on the ligs and tunica. So, over the last couple days, I’ve pulled my foreskin back and tried every grip I can think of that would avoid a lot of skin stretching, but they all feel like I’m about to rip the head of my penis off.
So, I’m thinking of buying a VacExtender. Is using one of these devices okay for a newbie, if he only (at first) plans to use them for manual exercises (e.g. ten 30-second stretches in routine)? Should I be worried about fluid buildup, or does that only apply to people wearing the device for extended periods of time? Can I get away with buying this package or should I buy the whole thing?
