Is it normal for veins to plump

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for a month now, and for the past week, I’ve noticed some veins are starting to plump up. There’s a thin one on the left side and then 2 thicker ones (one on the top, and one on the right side). Is this normal? They don’t hurt, it’s just sort of strange looking at them.

Another thing I wonder about is my morning wood. I don’t really seem to have them anymore, but I do masturbate twice a day. Do you think maybe it’s the masturbating plus the pressure from doing PE that’s causing me not to have morning wood anymore?

Your morning woods stopped after you started PE? If yes, then that means you may be overdoing it so check your routine again. You should start having even better -rock hard- morning woods if you are doing PE properly.

If I was jerking off twice a day (and cumming) then I would never have morning wood either. If you’re a young guy, it might be different for you though. If you think it is actually from PE, then you should definitely review your routine and try the “less is more” approach to see if that works for you.

Is it too soon to be seeing plumped veins after a month of PE and will something bad happen from that? Should I just take a few days off from everything and then try a softer routine when I start again?

I’m 27, so I don’t know if that’s considered young or not. But I do jerk twice a day (and cum), so I’m wondering if maybe the PE on top of that is what’s causing me to stop having morning wood. I’m thinking maybe I should only jerk once every other day and focus on PE.

Yeah, I don’t really feel as sensitive as I used to. When you realized you were becoming numb, did you stop PE for those 3 weeks or did you just ease up? In 4 weeks, I really did gain 1/4 of an inch and I’d hate to stop for a few weeks and loose that.

Also, did you start seeing veins plump up after a month of PE? The dorsal vein seems more noticeable now.

Getting “veiny” is normal.

However, it concerns me you are not having morning wood. That means you are likely overdoing your PE routine. Have you read these two articles? They are VERY VERY HELPFUL:

Sound like you should take some time off. Don’t worry about losing your gains, you probably won’t. Better to have a penis that works anyway.

I’m having a similar problem. I have noticed every other P.I, except morning wood, which have got less frequent. I warmup for 5 minutes, stretch for 5 mins, Wet Jelq for 5 minutes, Jelq Squeeze for another 5, then Horse 440’s for 2 minutes. I’ll sometimes add a half hour of fowfers later on in the day, and usually I jerk off once per day, but try to keep masturbation time as far away as possible from P.E time. 5 days on 2 days off. Too much maybe?

Thanks for the links; I’ve read the first one before, but the second article about PI I’d never read. I guess I’ve been over training, plus the jerking twice a day. I’ll take a week off from everything, I’m just kind of disappointed because I don’t want to lose the 1/4 I’ve gained (I’m finally 5.75 erect and I was 5.50 a month ago). I know a penis that works is better than nothing at all, I’m just so tired of being under 6 inches.

Do you think it’s OK to still do kegels during my week off or should I not do that either?

Hinrg, you should be able to do kegels, but seriously, just take a week off from everything. Maybe two.

Marshmarsh47, I think the combination is too much. Take a week or two off one or the other. Maybe jerk off once a week and take one day off your PE routine. Get the morning wood back and you’ll feel better.

Seriously, don’t worry too much about it.

If you’re a newbie then obviously yeah! Jelq Squeeze and Horse 440? Daym! Those two are really really intense exercises that even veterans here get injured every once in a while.
