If you only feel the penis filling with blood for the first couple of seconds, let’s say 20 seconds, and after that it just feels normal or just a little bit pumping?

Sorry, typed a bit faster and forgot few things. At your current pressure, no more blood are being “forced” inside, that’s why you don’t feel more pressure after some time.

You still can achieve further expansion by increasing the negative pressure, but most of the expansion will be lymph fluid outside the CCs and tunica (skin mostly, not recommended of course).

At what pressure are you pumping? Do you start flaccid or erect?

I start with a half erect, it becomes erect as it I put pressure on it. How much pressure I don’t know as it’s a homemade pump.
