Is it necessary to warmup before all PE exercises
I have done very little edging always after stretching and jelqing. Stretching for 5 to 10 minutes and about 3 to 4 hundred jelqs. What I want to know is can I edge without warming up? Is it safe to stretch like after urinating or jacking off? After/During edging session is it safe to do more stretching? Most importantly if I wanted to workout in 2 or more sessions should I warmup each time? Or can I do the initial warmup and continue with my sessions throughout the day without warming up again? I’m sure there are many forums discussing these topics, but unfortunately my search efforts are not being compensated. Therefore I am coming to my PE mentors for help.
