Hi, I’m new here and I have started PE about 1 month ago. I do the newbie routine and I do 60 jelq each day but I would like to know if 60 is enough or I need to do more cause when I started I was 7.0 inch long and 4.9 in girth and now only 7.1 and 5.0 in girth.

Increase it slowly, like by 5 jelqs every 2-3 weeks. That is if you feel you are ready for it.

I don’t count the jelqs I do. I just try to go for 20min straight. I think you should go by time.

It is a gradual increase. The reason I said that is to avoid the “doing too much too fast”.

Welcome to the forum, and for the record, let me offer you this advice:

The average gain realized by most members who are serious and disciplined in their PE effort is approximately 1/8” per month. So, considering that you have come quite close to that, you are doing very well.

Your first few months must be used to “condition” you unit and your body to the new regimen you are imposing on it. You also need this time to learn to observe and listen to what your unit is telling you. Also read everything you can here at TP and learn the PIs. Make adjustment in your routine based on what they are indicating to you. You will then learn where your personal routine “sweet spot” is and how to stay in it. This will assure your injury free progress.

If you go by the Newbie routine you should be doing between 100 & 200 Jelqs per day, 2 days on, 1 day off.
