Is it better to work really hard say 200-500 jelqs one day and then rest the next then repeat or is it better to keeps to the newbie routine the way I saw all of this jelqing was the penis is just another muscle you give it a work out tear it a bit then let it heal and it will come back thicker to try and prevent it from tearing again but to be honest I have not really read to much about jelqing and I’m still a newbie can some one with more experience come shed some light on this for me?

It works ! in PE you need to be patient sometimes very patient

Keep this rule in mind. The more your work out your unit and further damage it, the more recovery time you will need when injured. If you take it slower, less time will be spent healing and more time stretching. Its quite simple. And remember, always warm-up.
