Is it bad to get erect while stretching

When I do my stretches, my penis is flacid, but after a few good tugs, it begins to get semi-erect, eventually getting almost fully erect.
Is this bad? Does it kill the purpose of the exercise?
Must I have a completly flacid penis when stretching?
Can I have a slight erection? If so how slight is “slight”?
What do I do when it becomes erect? Stop? Continue?

Heh sorry for all the Q’s I guess I just really wanna do things right.

Your penis can get up to 30% erect. Mine does while stretching. As soon as it gets up around 50% I start jelqing. Your penis does start to expand while stretching that’s normal. If you do get above 30% erect stop stretching and apply the rice sock again.

How do you stretch a erect dick? Once I’m hard, I can’t extend anymore. If your talking semi, then try watching something on tv so it can distract your mind. Personally when I do my exercises I like to kegel in order to keep myself at my desired percentage.

My theory is to do it ALL.Do it soft,semi soft and even fully hard!

Hit it in every state!,Do this untill it’s tingly and itchy;)
