Is hanging ok for rookies??
I have just started PE and can´t get this manual stretching to work:(
I get a good grip but I don´t get that feeling in my ligs that everybody ellse seams to get.
Is it nessesary to get soar feeling in the ligs or do they get the workout the should even without that feeling??
Is it ok to hang when you start PE or should I keep doing manual stretching and hope to get that workout feeling in the future??
