My PE history, a few years of extender use (a little girth gain, temporary plumping), started some hanging a couple months ago, but have cut down on that.
So lately I’ve been doing a mixture of a few things in one day;

5 minute warm up with rice sock

5-10 minutes manual stretching BTC and straight down angles.

Attempt to Jelq (but often can’t get an erection on command for this)

Then hang a couple of sets of 15 minute BTC’s.

And then wear the extender around for 4 to 6 hours a day

I’m thinking about cutting the hanging out so it will be just a mixture of stretching and extending and then jelqing when I can get a partial erection.

What do you think?

Why did you curtail the hanging?

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

As long as you are getting results, it’s fine. If you are not, you need to change things. I would try adding add some V Stretches in place of the hanging. It’s good to substitute exercises occasionally.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Why don’t you just start jelqing from a flaccid state? I do so, and after about 10- 15 strokes it’s already starting to get to 60- 70% erection. If you jelq correctly your unit will fill up with blood making it hard not to get erect in my experience, just take the first jelq strokes really slow and don’t think too much about getting hard, you might be setting yourself up for failure that way.

I was worried hanging may be a bit too much with the extender and stretching as well, but then again I will keep trying with it then and see what happens. I’ve only been PE’ing with things other than the extender for a couple months and haven’t seen any results so far. Was more worried I’m over working the dick and this will result in loss of size.

With PE, you want to start off easy and only doing a little. You will learn how to preform the exercises while being safe from over doing that could lead to no gains or injury. You want to build up the intensity slowly until you start gaining, once you start gaining stick with that routine, only build the intensity even more if you stop gaining and you could also take a PE break and then come back to PE.

I think your doing to much, your penis needs at least 24 hours (day) rest.
- Do jelqs + extender for some days while doing jelqs + other manual stretching exercises other days.
