Is doing a little bit of everything in one day bad
My PE history, a few years of extender use (a little girth gain, temporary plumping), started some hanging a couple months ago, but have cut down on that.
So lately I’ve been doing a mixture of a few things in one day;
5 minute warm up with rice sock
5-10 minutes manual stretching BTC and straight down angles.
Attempt to Jelq (but often can’t get an erection on command for this)
Then hang a couple of sets of 15 minute BTC’s.
And then wear the extender around for 4 to 6 hours a day
I’m thinking about cutting the hanging out so it will be just a mixture of stretching and extending and then jelqing when I can get a partial erection.
What do you think?
