Kindly advise if bodybuilding reduces penis size if doing on regular bases?

When I got hardcore into bodybuilding I noticed a slight decrease in girth because of overtraining and at times lower EQ. Everything went back to normal though when I had anywhere from four to six hours rest after training and when testosterone levels returned.

My rule now is I do either PE or BB six hours separate of eachother and never PE the same days I do two-a-days. Besides that just keep your ejaculations down to two or three times a week and take extra zinc on an empty stomach.

When I used to train very hard in swimming and cycling my penis would actually withdraw into my body when I was exhausted but it was temporary and not a reduction in actual penis size. With respect to theGreatDivider, zinc is very beneficial in the right dosage and from the right sources but if it is a pill be careful taking it on an empty stomach as it can cause a pretty nasty tummy ache.

I take it on an empty stomach usually about an hour before a meal so it dent bother me.

Zinc is an intestinal irritant, and the first sign of zinc poisoning is usually intestinal distress. This includes vomiting, stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. Further symptoms of zinc poisoning are low blood pressure, urine retention, jaundice, seizures, joint pain, fever, coughing, and a metallic taste in the mouth. Limit it to no more than 40 mg a day in supplement form and if you are eating zinc rich foods like raw oysters don’t supplement that day. I am posting this because zinc is a fantastic supplement but you have to be careful with it. This thread is on another subject so I will not talk about it again. Take it with a meal to be on the safe side. Just my opinion.

No big deal to me just take half of a zinc tablet a day (25mg) on days I workout an hour before my casein bed time shake. I try to do zinc picolinate if I can find it but glucinate will work just as good. I don’t bother with the over hyped ZMA because I get enough magnesium from fruits,vegetables,and nuts, red cactus fruit specifically. Copper I get from chlorophyl tablets or fresh vegetables like spinach or kale.
Basically a well rounded diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables will help with health, bodybuilding, and PE.

If you want to get complicated with supplements I can reccomend a few and I have a lot of saved scholor goolge studies that relate to BB and PE.
One such study done with rabbit metabolism concluded that creatine levels were far less accumulated in penile tissue than in skeletal muscle, but ATP levels remained about the same. Many of the others have to do with not downing a double bacon cheeseburger with your Viagra which is a no brained to us anyways.

I am still trying I put down on paper a chain chemical reaction on from digestion to orgasm and all the little hormonal changes between(there’s like 3000). You know aside from studying to be a urologist..

I suspect adrenaline or epanephrine but I am not sure.
