Is 250 jelq's for a newbie to much

I started this 4 days ago, 250 per day. How long (providing I keep the jelq’s the same amount) will it take to gain an inch?

It was too much for me. Penis got too tired.

I did something similar to Linear Newbie instead.

NEW newbie + advanced routine

Do not try to hurry penis gains, that is how guys get injured.

Take your time, use plenty of heat. PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

The newbie routine calls for a starting jelq amount of 10 minutes at 3 second strokes. If you are timed perfectly then that’s 200 strokes. The newbie routine eventually goes to 30 minutes of jelqing which equal 600 strokes. So I’d say that you’re fine at 250 strokes. I find it much easier to just time your session than to count each jelq. I’d lose count every time. The only thing that I count are kegels and I hate doing that!

BPEL = Bone Pressed Erect Length
MSEG= Mid Shaft Erect Girth
BEG = Base Erect Girth
