Is 2 inches really the max in gains?


Marinera, do you think a good routine of “some” jelqs and stretching are a good addition to using an extender ?

I’ve read that many who got good gains from an extender had something in common: they did manual stretches and/or jelking.the 1st eg. That comes in mind is westsidetoni’s success,which also I think inspired many.

Jelqs are helpful for girth, have a syinergistic effect with stretches, and they keep up EQ, that, despite what vendors say, tends to go down when using extensively an extender. Manual stretches can’t harm either, at least if one doesn’t overtrain.

If you want to start using an extender before having done the newbie routine for some months (what is recommended), than just remember that even an extender puts stress on your penis. So it could be a good idea doing a lighter version of the newbie routine hand in hand with using an extender, maybe the linear newbie routine or just cut in half the regular newbie routine.

I don’t think 2 inches are the max you can gain . I’ve been doing PE for 2 1/2 months now i’ve gained 0.9” inches in length. I think some people gain quickly and some gain slowly.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.
