I would guess a minimum of 2 to 3 years for the girth. Length could be achieved in 1 to 2 years.

I’m probably going to manually get 1”x0.4/5” and then clamp for the remainder of the girth.

Length will come relatively easy. An inch in a year or a year and a half maybe. But you have to be dedicated as hell. If you keep pulling or stretching it will eventualy lengthens. There is no way to have another result.

Girth is usually a bitch when you wanna have close to an inch gains. Half an inch in 1-2 years is very achieveable though.

A whole inch would require not only dedication, but also a good track of your routines. Pumping, clamping etc is the way to go IMO if you are in the hunt for an inch or more girth gains.

Yes its attainable in my personal experience I only use penis enlargement basics for 1 year and 3 moths I started 5,2 nbp and after 1 year and 6 moths( 6,2) have this 1 but I think that smalll/ medium penis grow something else ( its my opinion) in girth ( my goal from the beggining ) I started with 11,3 EG and 12 in base and after I have 12,5 EG and 13 in a base. (4,4 EG —->4,9) base ( 4,7—> 5,1) .
Then in my experience personal I think that yes, But you will need to train hard , you need vary exercise ( practise exercise for tunica) , up intensity trought exercise ( ulis —>slinky> horse_-> orange bends ) and If you can you will need work 2 twice in a day double routine .

Now when I have 1 year and 6 months I add use clamping and a one month later add pumping then I have new gains but I think that if you dont want pumping also its attainable your goals , because clamping its a very godd exercise for girth.

I still have 4 months for grow my penis ( then I have 2 years) and I think that its possible arrive in 13,3-5 (5,2-5,3) now I have 13 EG and 13,3-5 in a base ,so I encourage you for practise exercise :)

What routines have you followed from the start up to now? I wish your progress log was in English.

its difficult for me because my englis is very bad but I try jeeje Traductor google its my friend If you dont understand any line ask me jeeje
I started with rookies routine a few stretches to all directions and about 10 min jelq low erection.
MY FIRT YEAR

1-2 months rookies routine or basic routine (strech all directios +) jelq 10-15min low erection (cream / moisturizer so used jelq grip lubricated ok)
2-5 months STRETCHING I added was increasing exercise time stretching JAI (jerks) + helicopters and above was combining to 4-5 month alone stretched up and put aside some sides ( only 1 week streght in one direction for + time , other week strech in other direcction and the other direcction the other direction I stretched rests, then I added stretch BTC JELQ: increase degree and intensity of past time they (jelq for all sides).

6-8 months lengthens time around and started trying ok reversed grip palm down, let me pass lubricated jelq and buff dry jelq as you notice its intensity, probe some exercises for the head ( use dry jelq for up intensity)

From 8 months My PE training was hard
part1 STRETCHING:Eliminate simple stretching and I started doing stretching exercises only for the tunica A, Ainverted, inverted V, this part around 20-25 minuts.
part 2 JELQ + exercise for girth:jelq maximum 15 min (slow jelq and low erection 2 min after up erection around 75-85% ) I added slinky (15 per side left right down up all direcction possibles) + ulis 4 x 30 secons and then went up to 45 seconds each
routine around 1 hour 30min between warming and all.

9-12 months SUMMER
I up iintensity agains I complicated my routine and was hard, I divided my routine in two parts ( for morning routine for stretch ) and in evening routine month 8 ( strech for tunica- jelq 15 minuts- slinkys- and ulis.) *Then I buy my friends , the o’ring was important for me I think that its a verry good system , I use o ‘ring in my routine , I start only 1 in a base, after 2 (base+ meddium) and finally I can use 3 o ’ ring ( base, medium and in a coronae glandis) the results gains next 4 months and I have other gains better appearance and + veins . Visuall my penis was good
Finish the year I add ” jelq C ” ins forum spain its jelq C in english forum I dont know its an other form to jelq.(in order to flatten the penis)

1 -2 month buy a PVC pipe in spain ”tubo PVC” for my tunica stretching exercises before exercise girth. I add horse spontaeus ( 15 seconds horse)
I need change my frequency exercise because my pennis erection quality was bad I change 3 on 1 ooff , before I used 5 on 2 off ( but when I need low intensity I changed for 3 :1) continue with 2 parts ( morning evening)

3-4 month I added clamping but only for 10 minuts and only 1-3 time for week. I add strech with 2 hands ( 50- 60% erection with 2 hands in a base stretch hard ) then my pennis my penis goes out and visually is + larger . ( my penis goes out and visually is larger) morning= long evening = for girth

month 5-6
I add clamping with a tuve PVC (crush my penis with a PVC pipe) —> target flatten the penis
I I did sporadic hangings for 10 and 15 minuts MAXIUM beause my methode cut circulation and its dangerous +15 min You can see this pic colgar con 2 cordones de zapato 1 calcetin y pesas de arena
I bought a penis pump in a page aliexpres , and my sesion penis pump was a 2 x 5 minuts and jelq . but I complementer with other exercises for girth ( slinky ulis horse orange bend)

These have been my routines It has always been to increase the intensity , it has not been easy I Had gains but I stay 6 month before bought penis pump , with a same measures was horrible for my person training every day and six months later not results but now to surrender , now I have new gains ( I need penis pumps and clamping) and buff its the best sensation but I remember 2 month ago and I was angry, sad and negative sensations but if you practise new exercise and new forms for traing you can grow.

PD: First practise pe basical exercise , after when your pennis not grow then you can change other form for traing godd.
