Is 1000 jelqs a night too much I'm starting my own routine.

I was planning on starting a new routine of 1000 jelqs a night. I’ve done up to 3000 and so on just sitting there bord all night. But this is what my new routine will be.

Half hour of stretching all directions.

1000 jelqs

Followed by 5 x 15 of clamping when I get my clamps. Dry jelqing in between sets.

I’ve pretty much been doing this AND some every night. Not really maintaining any same routine.

I will start the above routine when I get my clamps. But for now ill stick to the jelqing and stretching.

I’m starting this now with 8” EL x 5” EG

Hoping to get to 8.5”EL and 5.5” EG

Please give any suggestions and ideas. And if anyone has any really advanced routines that would be great

I don’t know if anyone else does this.. But I will just call it the Push Pull effect.

I was jelqing and I did reverse kegels to regular kegels back to back the whole time and it gave me some nice plumpness. I did about a minute of real fast ones back to back. Then a minute of really slow ones back to back. I did this the whole 1000 jelqs and it showed. So I guess you can all try that out and see what it’s like for you. Leave me feedback on what you think or what you have experienced because of this.

I’m more than sure that you are way over doing things. I don’t count my jelqs I time them but 1000 seems like a lot. That’s also way to much clamping to start off with. I cant even begin to know how you could stand to do 30 minutes of manual stretching. My hands would be killing me after that.

I cant be sure but I’m guessing that you haven’t done the newbie routine for the recommended 2-3 months. I think you definitely need to.

Doing what you described above without any conditioning will most likely lead to injury and you having to take time off PE. In fact I guarantee an injury I’d put money on it.

It all depends on your PIs. If you are making gains and your EQ (erectile quality) is excellent…then its great for you.

What is too much for one guy, may be perfect for another…and visa versa. Get away from a cook book mentality and start observing your own Physiologic Indicators to determine whats right for YOU.

Anything CAN work, the question is always how to make it work for you.

I’ve been conditioned and I’ve done clamping with a shower curtain ring around the balls for hours and months off and on and I have had Great gains. I swear everyday my gf says my dick is bigger and it’s all from working out like this. I’ve been PEing I’m guessing 7 or 8 months off and on and gained and inch in length and a half inch or more in girth. And the stretching isn’t a problem because I don’t go a half hour at once .It’s split up because if not, that would defiantly kill the hands. But I have manually stretched for a couple hours at a time too.. And the jelqing takes me about a half hour to an hour tops. And I’ve had one busted blood vessel or whatever the whole time I’ve been PEing. I know my unit can handle alot of pressure. But I just need to get sum better clamps and ill see way better gains.

Because it’s always nice to have another opinion? And I was wondering if anyone else did this many jelqs and if it helped them. And Also , today when I woke up and even after I peed I had a very nice flaccid hang. Bigger then what I went to bed with. So I guess this does work. I will keep people posted on the progress. Do you ever get those red dots when jelqing or clamping? How many?

When I finish the newbie routine I’m going to do some clamping for sure. (Or maybe do a set here and there after my first few weeks)

Nah I haven’t gotten any red dots lately. When I first started PE that is about it. And I jelq on every level. I feel it works all parts of my penis. I usually dry jelq my flaccid to get it plumping and it goes from there. Jelqing semi works the best. But I love the all around feel.
