It seems it would be very simple to construct a good lamp from the IR bulb, ceramic socket, appropriate rated UL cord, and put them in a swivel, extension lamp base. Off to the flea market!

Apologies for potential over posting, but this seemed especially useful, particularly item #1 in the list regarding collagen tissues.
In item #1 they say 45 degrees. This sounds very hot to me, so either I have heated myself too little or I am hotter than I think. :) Not that I measured, and even if I buy one of those IR thermometers, it would only measure the surface temperature.
I only heard of collagen in the form of expensive pills popular in Asia to attempt to have more pale skin and look younger. Is it the tunica that can be considered collagen tissue? Would such pills then potentially be beneficial?

Collagen is a common prorein throughout the body and provides a supporting infrastructure between cells and tissues that basically hold all the components together, muscle, bone, skin,etc. The tunica is composed of more than collagen but they too would benefit from the stimulatory effects of IR as it effects the intercellular matrix, and vascular circulation also.
No, don’t waste money on supplements. Any part of your body will take what it is capable of taking from a well balanced diet. What you don’t take is far,far more important. Like not smoke, strictly limiting additional sugar, controlling blood pressure. Drink lots of water, eat nutritionally dense low calorie natural food. Exercise and get three blowjobs per day. (Ha,ha.
