IR lamp fell from stand and touched my glans a bit, it is red now..
Is there anything I can put on it to prevent further skin damage

Olive oil is probably your best option.

OUCH.noticed any improvement via the IR LAMP?
Olive oil or sunburn lotion with lots of aloe vera. You could alternate. Some of the aloe vera products have benzocaine to help with any pain. Depends how bad it is and how you take pain.

yes I have aloe vera spray. that is ok.. will try cantarion(?) oil also, it is like olive oil and it is good for skin.

yes IR lamp is good for recovery, like next day after routine..
but get some good stand for that bulb lol

@Thebirhgtestday, I have a buddy who has homeopatic treatements and uses light treatment/heat treatment as one of the main treatments..
Ill pick his brain on lights/ir/and PE.
I take some homeopathic medicines, and they are ok, but light in homeopathy, never heard…

yea, he uses it mostly for his cancer patients, different lights, different spectrums, etc.
never really dug too deep since i didnt believe, but he definately does.
Same thing just happened to me less than 5 minutes ago. I have decided to hold the lamp my self.
Fortunately for me, the whole incident was less than a second.
