I have a question about the stretch assisted with wrist or drumstick like videos show.

8 months on PE now and been doing some of these stretches . Sometimes I feel like my ligs want to pop. It dosent matter if I start my wrist at the base, middle or closer to glans. They never pop they only feel like they open. Luckily I haven’t felt pain or injured but I want to know if this is normal or if I am overdoing it? Or is that the point where I should begin my stretch ? Please advice if anyone has felt this or with any input .

My flacid bone pressed stretch is 7.6. Almost BPEL 7 but not there yet 😞

Goal : 7" BPEL 5' 7'' 165lbs

I don’t know I’ve never felt anything like that. To me it sounds like it may be too much but again I don’t know because I’ve never felt it. Hopefully someone who has can answer you better. For now I’d stop doing it.

Are using heat before you stretch?

Yes sir

I always warmup before and after .
