Introduction with some newbie questions
My name is jonvalentino, and I’m new to this forum. A little background I have been Peing on and off since 2012 however never for longer than 3 weeks. This past December I have been more dedicated, and have been consistently doing PE since then.
Originally my idea was to take the same approach that I take to exercising, and dieting. PE to me is not a short term change but a lifestyle change, at least for me this has become very successful in me being consistent.
So the approach I took was to do a conditioning routine first just so my penis got used to the exercises, this involved stretching for 5 min, and jelqing for 5 min. I did have two road blocks in which I got sick once in January, and once in March. Which caused me to take a total of 2 weeks off.
As of the past month I started to pick it up, and I’m at a 4-5 days on 1 day off routine. Involving approximately 10 min warm up with rice sock,12min stretching while reverse kegeling ( From jonpop routine) and 15 min jelqing while kegeling then 10 min warm down with rice sock. Every now, and then I use the bathmate, but I rather get what I can manually before moving on to pumping/clamping/hanging. I have been keeping track on a calendar when I PE, and I have had 49 sessions.
What I have noticed is that I am consistently getting morning wood, my erections are harder, ease of erection has been improving also, but I can’t seem to get a good measure on gains. My penis only reaches that hard rock state when my girlfriend stimulates me or turns me on. I can only get to maybe 75% with porn. In this state I measure anywhere from 6.2-6.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG.
My starting stats were roughly 5.7 BPEL back in 2012, however not sure if I actually gained since the ruler I was using had that small extra piece so its hard to say whether I gained when I was PEing around that time.
My goal is to get to 7NBPEL and 5.5EG. I think its a reasonable goal, and I will get there with patients and hard work.
A few questions I have are should I increase the intensity of my routine? Since I still have been getting the morning wood e.g and other PI. Also since I have the bathmate do you guys feel like it would be a good replacement as a warm down at the end of my session, or should I stay away from it, and continue the rice sock method, and last but not least I wanted to incorporate reverse kegels in my routine, and regular kegels, is it wise to do reverse while stretching, and normal while jelqing?
