I guess my last questions would be on beginning. I have checked out the guide to starting PE and if my questions are answered elsewhere which I’m sure they are then I don’t mind being redirected. I don’t have goals like 7x6 because I don’t really plan on being with a woman who cares that much. I’m sure I will always care more.

How long must you go before tapering off and finishing your PE exercises for good? I’m aware it could be addicting but I cannot see myself going years. I bet some people here were thinking the same thing though.

Is it fine to quit after the beginning session of a few months? If there are any gains at all I’m sure I’d be happier there. I don’t wish to be hanging things from my member or anything. I don’t want to dedicate too much of my life to it. My worries would be that you could even decrease from your original size.

Just some basic noob questions.

After a while gains become permanent - at least, as permanent as anything related to humans can be. But really you don’t need to spend that much time PEing if your goals are modest; once you have got your goals, Peing 15 minutes 1-2 times per week is all you need to keep gains. When you read of people spending two hours per day on PE for years, they are after multiple inches of gains.

I am not saying that you’ll get gains for sure, by the way; but the harder erections that 99% of people gets from PE is worth enough alone IMHO.

I used to smoke marijuana heavily, and now I am on HRT at 27. Although I am on HRT because of other things I did when I was younger… ;) So no, I have no first hand experience of marijuana effecting my endocrine function, and my friends that still smoke all the time are usually too stoned all the time to chase after women or go to the doctors to get their hormones checked. So I can’t say one way or another with them. My pet duck doesn’t smoke either so I can’t tell you if he is effected.

I feel like maybe we have derailed this poor guy’s thread. Can we just leave it at inconclusive (but we both have our own ideas one way or the other)? :)

I will go on record as changing my first post to “those things might not be myths.”

Or might be ;) .

Late edit: if you don’t mind, please write down what you did that caused your needs to be on HRT. Sorry for that, but maybe could help other people.

Newbie Routine doesn’t take long at all to complete each day. It won’t take up all your time.

And you can quit whenever you have achieved the gains you desire. Keep in mind though that some of the gains (especially the really quick gains at the beginning) will be caused by an increase in elasticity and erection quality, so you might want to progress a bit past your goal to ensure you don’t find yourself somewhere short of where you wanted to be when elasticity and EQ go back to normal, or you could follow a minimum protocol of PE maintenance after that point to preserve those factors as well (a better approach in my opinion).

I absolutely do not care what you fellows talk about. It all leads to knowledge. And in many years of bigger and bigger dick genetics being passed down, our future relatives will be punishing every vagina and sword fighting with their dicks.

My questions have been answered and if my mentality on it remains obsessive maybe I can begin just for a harder erection. I just hope not to decrease in length or girth and not to injure myself. Thanks for everything considering I’m a total stranger.

Rainbows: in my experience, the first thing to happen with PE is that you begin to feel like you are filling out your current size. Let’s say you blow up a balloon until it is “inflated,” but the surface is not very taut. The next couple of puffs of air are not going to make it much bigger, but rather make it firmer. I think this is probably the first thing that happens when you do PE: your dick begins to be a “big” (or just “healthy”) version of its own size. Then the gains can begin.

About your size. You are bigger than my starting stats, both in length and girth. (I have gained a little since starting PE recently and so we are sorta tied in girth but you are still longer than I am.) I can’t really get a good grip on whether this will be reassuring for you, but let me tell you right now that you have plenty. I have a good sex life with my wife and even years before I started PE she considered me to be more than adequately sized. Of course, there is nothing wrong with you wanting more (see: me wanting more even though my wife is satisfied). But I hope you realize that this is not a make-or-break situation where you can either grow your penis to the point where it will be satisfying for women or you will be doomed to sexual misery and ridicule.
