Introduction new member
Hello everyone,
I am new here and excited to learn from those of you who have experience with PE. I am 40 years old, is that too late to be starting? I am currently using a Zen Hanger system. I hang 1 to 4 times per day 10-20 minutes per session. 2.5-5 lbs per session depending on how I feel.
I always hang sitting in a chair. I’m looking for advice on how to safely maximize my results along with any other advice that you men with experience can provide. Thank you!
