Introduction and Thanks
I started PE in 2009. My EL then 7” and EG 5.25 I read allot on this site over the years as I trained I was able to add over 2 inches to my EL and a little over .5 to my EG. I would not have done so without all the vets on this site and their wisdom! For that I am truly grateful. I was able to register to the forum last night although I had tried over the years seems it was always full so I am very excited to be a member of the community’s Have an end goal of 10” EL and 6”EG. I use a Jess ADS in the morning and do my jelq/clamping/Kegels/PC squeezes at night. I train Mon,Tue,Wed,Thursday off Sat, Sunday Off I only clamp Mon,Wed and Sat for two sets of 5 minutes each with edging this is new to my program I just added it in about 6 weeks ago. Anyway I wanted to post something to break the ice. I am looking forward to making some friends here.
