First off, I am guilty. I have been a member since 2007, and have never posted. This is probably because I didn’t want to talk to a bunch of dick-nerds about my dick.. But alas, I realize I too, am a dick-nerd. I admit that I enjoy reading about how different exercises effect length/girth gains and theories on ligament/tissue gains.

I started PE at 18 years old, in my first year of college. I stayed on for about two months before I got distracted, and fell off. I gained about .5” in length and and .5” girth. A month later I measured and my penis shrunk back. I have revisited PE off and on the last four years.

Let me explain my stats first.
9/2007- BPEL 5.5”, EG 5”
1/2011- BPEL 6”, EG 5”

As you can see, my dick grew a half inch in length from when I was 18 to 22. Hooray.

Now onto my goals. My goal in 2007 was a huge dick. In my mind I thought, BPEL 8”, EG 6.5”. Since then, my goal has changed dramatically. I no longer care very much about the size of my dick. I have gotten laid A LOT in the past 4 years. I found out that my 5.5-6” dick was plenty enough to have great sex. My goal has switched to improving my EQ, and my overall sexual arousal awareness. Here is why, and I would like any suggestions that you guys have as well.

I can’t get my girlfriend off with my dick. I can get her extremely close. She gets all ramped up and ready to come rubbing her clit on me and stuff, but then I get too excited and I blow it. This has happened over and over again. I dream of the glorious moment of making her come with my dick. So this is what I am doing to fix it(my routine):

Regular Newbie Routine for improved EQ and some length/girth gains:
5 minute warm rice sock
30 second standard stretches
5 minute rice sock
Kegels (lots of kegels)

During a different session, I practice edging, or what I believe to be edging. The purpose of this is to help me last longer and gain more control over my ejaculation. During edging, I raise my arousal level to about 7/10, where 10 is my climax. I let my arousal fall, and then I raise my arousal to 8/10, and let my arousal fall. I then raise my arousal level to 9/10, where my dick is throbbing and if I touch it near my glans ill spew. I let my arousal fall and I repeat the last step as many times as I can before too much cum seems to build up and it just starts gushing out.

So far I think I have gained a little more control over my ejaculation, and I have definitely seen better EQ.

Let me know what you guys think and what I could do to gain better control over my premature ejaculation.
