Hello, glad to finally make it here. I’ve been peing for a year on and off. I have trouble with being consistent. I’m hoping being on here will help with that. I haven’t done stats or pics yet. I’ll get to it soon but as my only internet is mobile, sometimes I’m delayed by just figuring out site navigation. If anyone offers mentoring I’d be interested. I guess that’s all for now.

Start slow with a routine that you can do consistently even if it seems like your not doing much. Getting into a daily routine will help you add efficiency and effectiveness to your PE.
