Hello everyone!

I’m new to the forum, I think I joined once long ago but I forget my user-name and email I used to register. I never successfully followed through.

Anyhow, I am interested in getting going and being successful with this.

I am going to start with the listed newbie routines and progress from there.

My biggest concern in general is motivation. You would think someone would have plenty of motivation for something like this. At this moment, I certainly do but I worry about my motivation on days when I have worked late and am a bit exhausted. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with that?

Anyhow, I look forward to meeting everyone, and hopefully being able to contribute to others goals some day as well.

Your biggest motivation is the penis. You want a bigger penis? Then do PE. All gains will boost it.
I know PE is boring as hell, but you just gotta do it if you really want to get a bigger penis, no other choice.

That is one of the two biggest problems guys face. Some guys are idiots and try and figure out a “short cut”. Those guys you wish they had zero motivation and would just not do PE at all. But for the guys smart enough to do it safely, staying motivated is the trickiest part. because if you can do it safely, and stay motivated, you will get a larger unit.

If you have the time to invest in being active in the forums do so. Becoming a member of the community makes all the difference for many guys.

I love it. When not too busy with work and such I sit around every chance I get and pull on my dick. I really should be working out but no.. Just sitting here pulling on my dick. Why? Because it’s awesome to gain, and I have. Do the newbie routine for at least a month and it will become a habit. The habit becomes a routine and suddenly you are doing it!

Gaining is great motivation. Remember to be patient, it’s a marathon not a sprint.

I get the motivation thing, I have consistency problems too. I think it’s like working out in general, some is better than none but you have to remember to keep hitting the reset button on intensities so you don’t over do it. Also like working out I don’t personally believe it should be done every day. I think rest is a big part of the body’s process of improving itself. I therefore do workouts every other day, or three times a week, even when I’m being consistent. You could make it so that the PE is on your non-workout days if you think that’s appropriate.
