I’m 18 years old. My penis is about 17.7cm. It’s average. Never measured girth.

Last year I’ve tried some jelqs and got injured and stopped lol.

I have always been obsessed with my penis and I don’t like being average.. People tell me that my dick is huge but I know that it’s average.

How often should I exercise my penis? Every other day? What exercises should I do? Reps? Sets?

I would do whatever it takes and I’m willing to listen. I’m tweaking my diet plan and training routine, what I’m trying to say is I have discipline.

How did you get injured with some jelqs? You cant hurt yourself with jelqs, can you? Just curious.

Also you are so young. Just take your time, be patient.

Hell you can. Add too much pressure and whole lot of things can go wrong.

17,7 is not average. It is big. Trust me. Anything above 16 is big. Anything above 18 is very big and anything above 20 is huge. Are we cool on that? Good. 12,5-14 is average. 14-16 is above average.

Follow the newbie routine or if it is too much the linear newbie.

Jelq only the sides of the penis, do NOT put any kind of pressure on the top side of the penis and on the urethra. Do not use the ok grip. Use it only if you have mastered it and can keep pressure only on the sides.

No. Apply some extra virgin olive oil.
