Hi all:-) , I just began a minor variation on the standard newbie routine(2days on, 1day off) and am excited about the prospects. I made a chart to keep track of when I exercise and what exercises I do.

Current Size: NBPEL just over 8inches and EG just over 6inches.
Goal Size: 9x7

Also I was tightly circumcised causing problems with not enough skin to accommodate erections and glans desensitivity. I have been doing non-surgical foreskin restoration for about 2.5years now using a tapeless tugger connected to my knee. Could this have any negative effect on PE?

Some q’s:
When doing the hot wrap, would I get the same effect if I just stuck ‘it’ in a glass of hot water for 5minutes instead?

Welcome to Thunders iwanbsc, you have a great starting size that many around here envy and want, if you are determined and persitent enough all the information to reach your goals of 9x7 is here. Remember to make heavy use of the search feature here at Thunder’s when craving new information and techniques and learn how the advanced search feature works to take the best advantage of it. I can’t tell you how many times it has helped me out before. :)

I don’t think foreskin restoration should effect length or girth gains. But go for length first before girth to make it easier and quicker gains for yourself in the long run. I won’t explain the reasoning behind this right now cause I’ve already have many times lately just look around here and read.

You have a interesting question about the hot wrap. I don’t exactly know what the perfect way to warm up your dick is for quickest gains but I would say I have tried three different ways of warming up using a rick sock, hot wrap and soaking my dick in a glass of water for 5 mins and I prefer the microwave heated rice sock the best for warming up when I do warm up. You could also just stand in a shower with really hot water for a while until your dick was nice and warmed up. Also let me clearify for you that when I say warming up I mean my dick is more pliable and stretchable, it feels more jelly like and squishy then if I had not warmed up. Also know that there have been many great gainers here who have not used any form of warming up before doing hanging, manual stretching, girth excersizes, etc.

It’s all in the end up to you, learn the sensations and subtle feelings that your penis and body tells you and over time you will gain some skill in learning when you are probaly wamred up and not and what a good stretch feels like and what a good jelq stroke feels like etc… Just keep practicing new things and keep at them. Iwanbsc, welcome to the forum! We have a members photos section (not sure if you can post in it yet). You should post starting pics with measurements so you can later verify gains. No reason to be shy really. At the least keep starting size photo documentation saved for later.

Water warmup is controversial, evaporating water cools the penis. Many have tried Infrared heating instead. I don’t trust Infrared rays though. There is also the heated “rice sock”. I’m not sure how it works, I imagine its similar to heated sand? Sounds scalding hot to me :)

It can get pretty hot down there ;) , at first when warming up with a rice sock I jumped in to fast before doing enough research here and actually burned myself on the glans a little when I tried to actually stick my dick into the hot rice after heating in the microwave! :( A definite no-no. You just want to place the warm rice-sock on your penis and move it around to different areas over time to heat the dick shaft and lig area up. Interesting about the evaporating water cooling the penis though.

Wow If I have your current stats in a year or 2 I will be thrilled !!!!!!!

When I first started PE I used this method. Water cools fast so you have to refill a few times and also keep playing around to get the right heat. But I think it worked very well, If you have the time and free water :)
I never paid my own water bill at that point of time!

For the last week or so I have been warming up under infra-red. The only suspicion I have is that it affects the rigidity (erection) level temprorily.

Hi, I’m new to this forum also. After reading alot.I’m asian.. My curent size is 4.75” x 4.0
My goal will be 6” hope I will get it with the newbe routine..

Guys have any suggestion what to eat to restore the cells faster?
Last time I tried.. And I have to rest 3-4 days to recover.


I’m on a 3/1 routine and have felt great (except my damn PM shipment has been delayed). I’ve been using a reusable microwavable heat pad and it’s working great so far.

If it takes that long to recover, you want to tone down the exercises a little. Let yourself get used to the extra stress your creating.
