Hey guys, just getting started. These are my stats, I’m currently on HGH and igf1 so I’m hoping that will help with the growth. I’m planning on doing the newbie routine m/w/f and doing light pumping sessions t/th/sat and taking sunday off. As you can see my goals are very reasonable. Just wanted to introduce myself and any advice or opinions are more than welcome.

That’s a heavy start you got there sir, with only 1 rest day per week. I would prostpone pumping for later, focus on get conditioned first, or things could get gnarly very early on (injuries, overtrain).

Word of caution….don’t go tooo heavy too soon otherwise you will injure yourself and you cock will soon be used to being put under heavy pressure and you will plateau fast. Then to break that plateau and grow you will need to up the intestity/time and before long you will either have a 3 hour workout or you will be driving buses over your cock just to give it a workout.

Start slow, minimal, keep a diary (wish i had) and that way all will be clear and you can work your way to where you want to be!
