Hi all!

I’ve been hanging around this site for a while now and finally decided to take the plunge and join. Thought I should get a post up nice and quick!

So.. I’ll say where I’m at. I don’t really want to make that much of a change to my penis really, my two aims are-

1. To increase the size and hardness of the bell end ( mainly just the hardness) it doesn’t seem to get as hard as the rest of my penis and I was wondering if there was any advice anyone might have?
My solution has been to try some male kegels which I think is helping

2. To increase my erect length. I’ve been doing stretching and jelqing for a little while, quite casually, just working it into my everyday routine, like doing a few stretches and jelqs whenever I take a piss, when I get up in the morning and before I go to bed. But all I’m noticing is an increase in flaccid size. Any advice?


As most people will probably tell you, start at the Newbie Routine and work your way through it. You might have specific areas you want to target, but before getting into any of those specific advanced techniques, I feel the Newbie Routine is the best to condition your penis and get things started.

What are your starting stats by the way?
