Alright I have been jelging and I have been doing it pretty often twice a day or so. And I was told that red spots should so up and that’s a good thing but they don’t show up for me. I do the exercises pretty intense now and there is nothing. I wait a little but afterwards and nothin shows up. Do I need to do it even harder or what?

I don’t think those are necessarily a good thing. Burst blood vessels can’t be that good ever. They heal, but I don’t think people should take that as a good sign. A good sign is feeling like your pumping more blood in.

Jelqing alone won’t do much. But yeah don’t take them as a good sign. I had new ones pop up today after a week of a new routine. Not a lot, and they don’t bother me.

Hrmm I was just wondering, mine always seem to be in the same splotch, and since I started jelqing it seems like they are more frequent on other parts of my penis too. Should I completely wait for them to heal like… a month? So I don’t get them ever? I don’t want to permanently damage anything… They usually go away in a day or two, but I figure if they keep coming back in the same spots that can’t be a good sign.

First of all, twice a day is a bit much. You’re going to over condition your unit and make it harder to gain. Stick to the Newbie Routine.

Secondly, don’t look for the red spots to be a sign you’re jelqing properly. Some people get them, some people don’t. Check out Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! for some good information on whether you’re doing too much or not enough.

Twice a day is too much. Are you following the newbie routine or have you made your own routine up?

If you’re a newbie, then doing it “pretty intense” is bad, overtraining will likely end up with you injured. You need to take it slow and steady.

As for the red spots, you dont NEED them to gain. if they dont show, it doesnt matter.

Thats not true, what are you basing that on?
