Intermediate Questions

I have attempted PE before but gave up after about 3 months with no gain. I did some research and didn’t find exact answers to the questions I had. I have started back doing the newbie routine, for a few weeks with slightly less reps and less pressure. Last time my lack of gain was attributed to potential over training. I am making sure I follow it to the letter with kegels and all. I add traction wrapping from time to time on my day off.

My first question pertains to the LOT theory. I have an extremely low lot (6:00) so based on that I realize I will be a “hard gainer.” Based on the LOT theory I should have more success stretching my tunica instead of my ligs. Should I be stretching my tunica along with the up, down, straight out, left, and right stretches or should I simply replace the stretches with A or V stretches performed up, left, right and straight out?

My measurements are as follows NBPEL 5.5” BPEL 6.25” NBPFSL 5.4” BPFSL 6.125”. I have measured girth in the past but failed to measure this time as I’m currently focusing on length exercises. After doing research it would seem I have two problems hindering future gains in PE. Having done this before I’m not wanting to stick to the newbie routine too long if possible since previous results weren’t great. If anyone can offer any advice to potential additions to the routine or different routine all together then I’m all ears. I’m not sure if I have the patience to go through 2 years of PE without any gains like some others have posted on here. I realize PE is a marathon and not a sprint but I’d like to get any potential problems out of the way before I’m a few months in and frustrated again.

While I don’t necessarily think you should go two years without gains, I also wouldn’t rush out of the newbie routine either. I look at the ramp up and then plateau in the newbie routine as conditioning the tissues in your dick. If you are seeing no gain after a few months of consistent newbie work then switching routines could/would be in order. I’m only a few months in myself so can’t say how things turn out over long periods of time, but before trying anything more aggressive I would wait to make sure everything was properly conditioned.
