I was on for 2 months with an intermediate routine and i gained a little bit. I was worried i was conditioning for too much too fast so i took the third month off. I came back with the ruler and i gained a little over half an inch. I’ve never been so close to touching 7 before. So I’m going to try two months on 1 off again and Im going to do 3 on 1 off , 10-10-10 , warm up , stretch , jelq. Let’s see what happens.
