Interesting exercise
Hi all, I was just jelqing today and found a great way to mix exercises. Although this has probably been brought up before, a quick search along with looking at the tutorials didn’t really talk about it so I thought I’d ask for some opinions.
The exercise itself combines jelqing and stretching, although I’d say some stretching before hand is a good idea. Then, when jelqing (preferably dry jelqing as you can grip the penis better) at about 40% erection, milk the penis downward until you feel a decent amount of resistance and then instead of trying to jelq any further, hold it tight right there and then pull away from your body. Hold this for 10-15 seconds. What you should be getting is good jelqing expansion in the glans while at the same time feel a good stretch in the ligs.
Not sure if this will help anyone, but I thought it felt pretty good and saw some great expansion afterwards.
