Intensive Girth Routine

I would like to hear from experienced PEers a routine that has worked for you in matter of girth. I’ve read that girth is won over time jelquing at the same time length is gained. But if you want specially girth (that’s my case) what exercises do really work.

You would probably be bestst doing a search using the search button at the top of the page,

‘in advanced mode’

That will bring up all the posts on Girth and the various routines members have tried. Then you can choose one that would probably suit your purpose, or even try several

Some guys have achieved good girth using a pump But that is for advanced use when your unit is more conditioned to advanced work.

But you would do better to work on the Newbie routine for a month or two before using advnced methods

Well do the newbie routine for a couple of months and then you can maybe do clamping or horse 440s which is a different form of jelqing and those two can help you achieve girth. Good luck

Alright, I’ll be patient.

1) Horse 440’s
2) Sadisky Slinky’s
3) Clamped versions of the above
4) High erection level (~80% and more) jelqing

Note: 1 - 3 are advanced and 4 an intermediate exercise. Take care and do your research before practicing. I see you’re a newer member. Welcome, but be patient. Try the newbie routine for ~3 months, then step it up a bit as needed. Maybe after half a year or so consider options 1 and 2, and after a month or two of those consider mixing it in with 3.

Clamped versions of any manual girth exercise will guarantee an injury. If it is something that you want to try, start with an extremely light set, and know the difference between a nice light stretch and pain, because its one hell of a thin line.


09-01-07= 6" Bpel & 4.5" Eg

01-2013= 8" Bpel & 5&3/8" Eg

01-2015= 8" Bpel & 5.75" Eg

If you’re just starting out you shouldn’t be doing advanced exercises because you’ll probably just injure yourself. Wait a few months before you start doing stuff like clamps and holds

It’s like a half Jelq half stretch with a shape of the fingers which is different.

I have gained a lot of girth, you will have to check out my thread to see what I mean, but it does work for me.

When I have made the routine and a video about my PE experiences I shall mail you the link if you like.
