Hi, I have been following some advice from TheGreatDivider, because it seems that he knows what he is talking about. I know that he is not completely up to following his schedule step by step, but rather consider mine package and how do I feel that day, so I respect his advices and all of you who do the same.

What I’ve been struggling is, that he is talking about progressive pressure with smaller amount of jelqs. So at first, you start with higher amount of jelqs like 30 really light, then 25 light, 20 normal, 15, harder 10 and 5 etc. So I’ve been doing this, but today, I was pissed of after 5 days off, because of my, “I don’t feel like to do my routine today” and after I warm up and considering the progressive routine and when I get to aroused mood ( when my dick is warmed up) I put more pressure in it, it wasn’t painful, but I feel that I pull much more blood in it, and it felt “better”.

I think that really good measurement for my pressure (this is maybe the way how to express what is the right pressure) is that I have normally with good erection about 12,7- 12,8 cm girth and with normal pressure in my routine when I trap blood in it like 13,1 -13,2 maybe less

But today I put more pressure and and after trapping blood it was like 13,4-13,7 not really sure but it was huge.

After routine I hang more ( normally I don’t hang too much) ( I didn’t gained anything in girth since I started - for almost one year )

So what I’m going to try is, to try more pressure hang with ABA BAB routine which is 3 times per week, more pressure, but one day to heal, with 2 days off on the weekend.

Yes, it’s a good way to start jelqing with light pressure so you start easy as an sort of an warmup, to medium and finaly harder pressure at the end off session.. with small 20-30 seconds breaks between each jelqing sets. But take it easy with the harder pressure jelqing so you don’t overdo it.

I jelq in different angels, diffrent time strokes variations; holds.. and finish my jelqing session with very light strokes, fast ones.. 1 seconds jelqs, sometimes faster.

I often do a combination with other exercises in my sessions to get the best out of my workouts.
