Intensity of my workout
Hi, I’ve been on and off with my workouts. Mainly because I am not that motivated. Also because I dont have that much time. Just wondering, should the intensity of my beginner workouts be light to medium because I have been doing high intensity jelqing and I have noticed that I can only do 50 jelqs when i do so. My penis starts to lose erection, I lose focus, and then I just masturbate as finish because I just feel that my workout was shitty enough that it didn’t even matter. What do you guys think. I’ve been doing workouts but I haven’t done it straight for more than a week or two. Which is bad so I am back to base one because I am going to start the workouts again and try to be serious and not quit like a little whiner because my dick ain’t as big as I want it to be. I’d love some support on this. But basically I feel I should treat my workout sessions as though I was JUST starting from base one and do it slowly and gradually to condition my penis as well as my life habits to help break my self in for PE sessions. Also I’d like to know. Do kegels help me last longer in sex or what because I cannot hold my load. Sad in my opinion… Am I the only one?
