Hi, I’ve been on and off with my workouts. Mainly because I am not that motivated. Also because I dont have that much time. Just wondering, should the intensity of my beginner workouts be light to medium because I have been doing high intensity jelqing and I have noticed that I can only do 50 jelqs when i do so. My penis starts to lose erection, I lose focus, and then I just masturbate as finish because I just feel that my workout was shitty enough that it didn’t even matter. What do you guys think. I’ve been doing workouts but I haven’t done it straight for more than a week or two. Which is bad so I am back to base one because I am going to start the workouts again and try to be serious and not quit like a little whiner because my dick ain’t as big as I want it to be. I’d love some support on this. But basically I feel I should treat my workout sessions as though I was JUST starting from base one and do it slowly and gradually to condition my penis as well as my life habits to help break my self in for PE sessions. Also I’d like to know. Do kegels help me last longer in sex or what because I cannot hold my load. Sad in my opinion… Am I the only one?

When you say that you lose your erection, does that mean that you go totally flaccid? Or does that mean that you slip to 40-50% erection? Because that’s where I do the majority of my jelqing, at about 50%.

Start from base one like you said. You need to gauge the pressure of jelqing yourself, the blood should be pushing to the glans but there should be little strain on the hand and fingers. Grip a little harder than if you were holding a hamburger, ready to take a bite.

Well I know hot to jelq, I just need to know how much pressure I should be applying as a beginner. Yes I do slip to about 40 to 50 percent but then I get it back up to somewhere higher than 50 to 60 percent. Can you answer my question: Whether or not kegeling will help me last longer during sex

Actually, for the first month of kegeling you will last much shorter during sex. Hopefully after that month, you should be able to last longer because a harder erection is easier to control so you can last.

What else will help me last longer during sex, at the moment that is my biggest concern. I cannot hold a load and I can cum within a minute and I hate that so much. I have not had much sex with my ex girlfriend. But the times we had sex I could not really help but ejaculate really quickly. Either it was that good that it went by that fast or It was too fast period. That puts my confidence down completely.

Try kegel or reverse kegel. By training the specified muscle, you may learn how to stop the orgasm.

What he’s saying is that you can control a muscle to not contract (which causes the ejaculation) and that is supposed to help. Unfortunately, it’s incredibly hard. To practice, go to the bathroom and empty your bladder. When done, try to push more urine out. If you can do this, this is the action you want to do to stop ejaculation. A kegel is the exact opposite, you contract the muscle (it will stop urine flow) but your body starts to kegel uncontrollably when you get close to ejaculation and then u just cant stop it.

This is great advice.

I would start out with the newbie routine with the lightest pressure possible the first week as you become more conditioned tighten up a little bit.
Kegal while you jelq, don’t worry if it subsides a bit now and then.

Do your jelqs slow 3-5 seconds, then work up to 5-10 seconds or more. Don’t forget to warm up and stretch.

Don’t give up on yourself have patience.

How important are stretches? Because I normally do Manual stretches. Its not as much of a hassle as Jelqing but it still has its benefits. So what is the point of Kegeling, im starting to get confused…

In short, however slightly imprecisely, Kegeling is a stamina exercise. Stretching is important if length gains are important to you.

Stretching is for flaccid length gains, jelqing for erect length gains.

If stretching were solely for flaccid length gains, as you believe, why would anyone hang, use extender devices, or even, for that matter, engage in an intensive manual stretching regimen?

Really?? I had no idea. I knew they were length orientated exercises. But I thought they helped erection length aswell.

So, am I wasting my time doing stretches, if I don’t give a shit how long my flaccid is?

I want a longer erection. I couldn’t care less about my flaccid size.

I still think stretches are for flaccid length and erect length. Before I joined here I did some stretching and gained .5” in erect length.
