Intense cardio right after PE-ing = Bad?

Intense cardio right after PE-ing = Bad?

Hi There,

When I PE I do it always in the mornings. I also do my share of daily exercise in the mornings, which is some pretty intense bicycle cardio for about 30 minutes. The time between finishing PE and doing my cardio is sometimes less than an hour, and I’m wondering if this could affect gains.

As far as I know, your penis turtles more while doing cardio. And since turtling is something which should be avoided as much as possible, I’m a bit concerned if doing cardio while the penis is still hanging a bit fuller (after doing PE) could effect gains.

Any thoughts on this one?

Well, since i’m not going to have an ADS anytime soon, how critical is it? PE and Cardio are both important for me.

I was wondering this myself. I often do a cardio and / or a strength workout PREVIOUS to doing my PE. I generally feel that this is a good time to do PE. It’s convenient and the blood is flowing. Plus I like to put dirty pics on my ipod while I workout to help motivate me, so by the time I’m done with my actually workout, I feel like a little PE anyway. I’m usually hanging pretty decent when I’m hot and burned out from working out, so I’m thinking it’s a good way to loosen up.

It seems to me that exercise after a workout helps - or at anytime, for that matter. After a workout, my flaccid hang is longer and looser.

It can only improve circulation to your unit, and that is what you need after a workout.

I’m not sure if intense exercise of any sort will hinder or help gains however from my study of exercise science at university I learnt that during exercise blood is redistributed from non essential organs such as the penis and intestines to the essential organs such as the heart, lungs and the limbs that are being exercised. So this means the penis technically would be receiving less blood than normal while exercising, good or bad? I’m not sure in terms of gains.
