I have substantial insecurity about my penis size. I haven’t done the measurements as advocated by many, but my erect is 5 or 5.5” without dropping the tape over the glans. This seems like a normal size.

However, it’s my flaccid that makes me want to curl up and die. It’s 1” or 2” on a good day. On a bad day, I can only see the glans. I’m so ashamed…My anxiety is through the roof when I have to be in steamrooms. I feel that if someone found out my secret, they’d all point and laugh.

Any advice?

Mate insecurities are part of life and alot of people never deal with them and end up social misfits and angry people or even worse. I am only new on here but it looks to me like you are on here trying to do something about your insecurity, so that’s a positive thing!!

Have you tried any of the routines?? If not maybe give them a try, could be just what may end your insecurity..

My experience thus far on Thunder’s is a positive one. There is a wealth of knowledge on here to help you grow yourself as a man and also develop a healthier and somewhat heavier, bigger unit..

Jelq and take Ginko Biloba. Probably your flaccid will grow when you start a routine, it did for me.

Definately agree with the ginko biloba advice. Also try L-citrulline. Helps maintain a mean flaccid. Don’t worry about the insercurities bro. Do you drink those energy drinks, coffee o coffee with a lot of caffeine? When I limit my caffeine consumption my flaccid hangs better. You mention steam room. Do you use them often or work out a lot? Could be you’re dehydrated and need to take in more fluids.

My primary suggestion is to do a search here. There are some great threads on the this subject.

This itself IMO will hurt your flaccid hang.

Start jelqing very lightly in the shower, after a few weeks flaccid improves then throw in some stretches. If you’re lucky and stick with it only will your flaccid improve but you might get some newbie erect gains too. Also drink plenty of water, it helps the flaccid state too.

Still it must be pretty nice growing from a 1inch into a 5incher, the feeling of it and the way it looks changing would be good. So yeah be positive about it! I think I’m a bit of a shower not a grower so I never really thought about it to much. But imagine the shock a lady would get when the size increases so dramatically. LOL if it were mine I’d be surprised everytime.

There are some days that I bet my flaccid is only 2in. When I’m actively doing the newbie routine it will be around 4in all day. I’m hoping after about a year or so I will have a flaccid hang around that size.

Just do the newbie routine and I bet your flaccid will increase.

I think fowfers and use of a silicon sleeve ADS has helped my flaccid hang quite a bit, but there are still days when its a scared turtle all the time.

Did I mention they are flaccid measurments?...Kidding! :p

L-arginine/L-citrulline as saiyan recommended is a great idea due to increasing vasodilation (expansion of blood vessels, better flow)

Conversely, try to kick caffeine/cigarettes (vasoconstrictors) and get regular aerobic exercise.

Pumping and holding the expansion with a band/cock ring has worked for me in increasing flaccid length/girth.

I am in the same boat, to me my flaccid size is my whole reason for PE in the first place. I wish there was a lot more information on how to help the flaccid hang size. I want to be a shower not all grower. I am 6 to 6.5 inches erect length witch is ok, not that I would not love have 8 or 9 inches but if I can’t have a budge that is there all the time and I am to embarrassed and ashamed to take shower at the gym or to be seen necked at all what good would it be. My flaccid is only 1 to 2 inches if not completely hiding. Can anyone help?

Does anyone know if Ginkgo Biloba works well for sure? Has anyone seen undeniable increased blood flow or was it more of a placebo effect. I never really stayed committed to ginkgo….but when I did take it, I noticed nothing……is it something you need to stick to, to notice results?

Again, as others have suggested worrying will only make things worst, because worry in itself puts stress on the body…..which causes the “fight or flight” reaction to stress. When this happens blood will flow more to your vital organs, such as your heart and brain…………and basically everywhere else but your penis. So just try to relax and meditate by thinking of something pleasant when the anxiety starts to build up in the locker room or else where.

For me, pumping has helped immensely. I have put on 2 inches of flaccid hang from pumping alone, and another inch from jelqing. Fowfers are extremely effective too, as a matter of fact I need to start doing my fowfers more.
