Insecure about my penis

Yah but dude I really think you’re fine, you’re average length and most girls don’t really care about Dick size. If it bothers you a lot just set up a good PE routine and you can be much more confident. Like honestly size barely matters and everyone has doubt about their size. I’m big and think I’m small, every guy just thinks that way. Good luck :)

911 does not fall in the general format of abreviated date-marking. 95 certainly does. I believe that PE is more effective at a younger age- hence my query. Your query was quite simply condescending and arrogant as many of your responses seem to be.

Should I tell my little brothers then lol, 16 and 15. Or maybe that would screw up growth, hmmmmm I’ll just tell them when they hit 18.

Join the club.. I have gained at least one inch in length and one halt inch in girth.. PE works.

My 2 cents.

I stayed motivated, because my wife helped me PE, but when we started out, something was wrong, something was missing. We had to re-think this because something was not right or just not happening. We brainstormed. We discussed what I was trying to achieve. I had to set a goal. I did. Now then, was my goal unrealistic? It was, but I did meet it only because of the help of my wife. But now, if I were to advise on setting a goal, I would tell you to set a realistic goal like 1/4 inch in length. Once that is met, set another goal of another 1/4 inch and meet that. That is already 1/2 inch met which is a significant length gains, but continue to set those realistic goals. Girth is different. A goal of a 1/4 of an inch in girth gains is tough to meet, so set a goal of an 1/8 of an inch and meet that, and set your goal for another 1/8 of an inch.

The reason for the low goals is to feel the sense of not only victory, but success when accomplishing the goals, which in turn motivates you to continue on to next goal. Way too many members here set theirs very high and when it comes time to measure, they are sadly disappointed that the measurement is not even near, only to feel that they have a long road ahead of them. Those kind of goals don’t give you that instant feeling of victory or success and in some cases, deflates their motivation to continue or at least question all of this and as a result, slows them down, because lack of achievement.

This is my Philosophy and Theory of the way I operate PEing. The total key to all of this is having the Right Mind Set. My wife and I came up with this when we first started my PE regiment. I also feel we made an Art and a Science of how we were going to pursue this. Here is what our Key was with the categories underneath:

Have The Right MIND SET, this is the main key to PEing that opens the other keys and they are:

o Dedication: You must be dedicated to PEing as you are to get up and go to the gym or work, but this is free.

o Consistency: Be consistent with your exercises. Set a schedule and routine and stick to it, until you feel the
need to add to your Routine, or change you schedule. You must mix up your schedule as your
Penis/body will learn and adjust your schedule. Same with body building, the muscles learn,
and adjust to a body builders schedule.

o Concentration: Concentrate on the exercise you are doing at the moment, are you doing them correctly, and
Are you getting all you can out the 1 rep you are currently doing, do the same with the next
rep.

o Focus: During the exercise, focus on what you are feeling and what is going on during the exercise. Focus
On the area you feel needs work by the amount of pressure you feel in 1 area and not the other areas.
Always be aware of what you are doing and how you are doing it and what you are feeling.

o Believe: Most importantly, you must ‘Believe’ that everything you are doing during the exercise is working.

This is not a race for time nor is it a competition of how many reps one can do in a certain amount of time. It is all about dedication and consistency, concentration and focus during the exercise; and to believe that each exercise is working for you. This is all plain and simple. Once you get your rhythm, you may not have to do as many repetitions to achieve in 20 reps what you would have achieved in 60 to 80 reps. It really is all in the mind.

You allready know the answer. They should be focused only on school for now. You know it. It won’t screw their growth, I believe, but you can never be too carefull.

I just work my unit for fun and health. Don’t really care how much will it grow really in, say, a month or two. I will let it surprise me, or not. I mean I will not be dissapointed if I gain 0.2 instead of 0.5 in 3 months or so.Personally, I always do things just for the fun of it and I also like whatever promotes general health, which PE does.

I don’t set particular goals as for numbers. I always do my best and see the results later. I will stop when I am happy. I am very close. After that I will continue pe, lighter routines of course, cause, I allready said it’s fun and good for penis health.

That is the way I approach PE.

Very well said bill10. I agree with your statement 100%. Just like anything in life you can’t achieve your goals and then say “oh, I don’t have to do that anymore”. You can’t say I want a 6 pack, go work hard, get a 6 pack and expect to go eat whatever you want and sit on your arse all day and expect to keep your 6 pack. Or get good at a sport, stop practicing, stop, then expect to just as good 5 years later. I think just like with anything else, with PE you can’t achieve your goals and quit cold turkey, it needs to become a way of life so to speak. Even if once you achieve your goals it only becomes 30min 5 days a week or so, it keeps your unit going and in “shape” so to speak. Use it or lose it, and the more you use it, the better!

Well, to anyone who thinks that starting pe only for penis enlargement : You are wrong. PE as I easily noticed from the get go is about overall penis health. It’s something you do to be sexually in shape overall. Something you do because you want to be able to have a healthy sexual life regardless of your age. The fact that PE is also enlarging your penis is just a bonus. That’s the way I see it.

It’s exactly like working out. If you stop you get weaker and weaker. And smaller. It’s the same thing, same mechanism. Seems to work in a same way like physical excersising. I know penis IS NOT A MUSCLE, but works as a muscle. It needs consistent training to grow and be healthy.

Let me ask you all something. Is you brain a muscle? No. Do you get smarter byfeeding aka training it? Yes. The more you are learning , “training” it, the smarter you become? Yes.

Same thing with penis. It’s a principle that applies to all your body parts. It’s a principle that applies in life. Work anything or lose it in time. Your jobs, your relationships, yourselves.

So, do your fucking pe, have a healthy penis and if it grows on the way think of it as an extra reward.
