Injury

After jelqing the other night I developed a sizable lump on the side of my penis. It was on the shaft near the head, and lasted for several hours. I stopped PE for two days, and tried again today. The lump is gone for the most part, but it scared me a little. Has anyone had this happen, or know whats going on?

Lymph buildup maybe?

Did it seem like the lump originated in the skin, or deeper?

Any pain at all?

It was either:

A: fluid build-up which is typically painless and resembles swelling. This goes away within several hours. Very common but would be best to avoid in the future.

B: some type of vein injury which typically hurts and is localized to a specific vein. Again very common, and definitely should be avoided. It may happen again. It may last for months.

The lump was deeper than just skin. It was also painless and went away within a few hours. I think a fluid build-up makes sense, but it’s scary when things seem to go wrong.
