Injury Woes
Hi folks! Sigh, another injury within 3 weeks of starting PE. Instead of listening to the senior members here, I went a gear up and injured myself. Earlier I skipped manual stretches as I was having pain near the base of my shaft. I read here that it’s a sign of ligament injury. But then the pain faded and I tried manual stretches after warming up. It didn’t felt right. What I did next is even worse. I jelqed with a tight grip despite been told not to do so. I felt a funny sensation in my glans, so I stopped immediately. There were 9 red spots on my glans. Hours after, the pain at the base of my shaft returned and it was severe. My EQ went down, like those of a pre PE state. I also noticed that I have lost the girth gains that I noticed prior to this injury. So guys, what’s the diagnosis? And how many days of rest we are talking about?
