A month ago, I did 1 hour of 90/100% erect jelqs.

Since I was looking for girth and did some intense sessions since 4 months, I tought I would be conditioned enough to do it. Yeah I’m dumb.

Latter that day, I masturbated 2 times, and was able to get full erections.

But after that, I wasn’t able to have a erection for 5 days, my veins were bigger and darker.Sometime I had little pain on the right side of my penis. I did not had a firm flaccid penis.

And then my erections started to be a little better.

Now it’s a little more than a month since my stupid mistake, and I can have erections at ~80%, but seems to be stuck at this point since 2 weeks.

I still have some (weak) morning woods sometimes. Sometimes, I feel some scratchs behind my gland. I think I don’t have thrombosed veins.

My doctor didn’t saw anything wrong.

What’s your opinion about this?

What can I do to make it heal?
I stopped masturbation and do some kegels. Does heat can help?

Well I am glad you can see that you made a mistake. I don’t know a lot about injuries but you should lay off completely of sex/masturbation and PE for a month or so to let your dick recover.

I guess kegels and heat would be beneficial, but don’t overdo the kegels. Keep us posted and I wish you a soon recovery.

I don’t got many experience in PE, But what I’ve read around here you just have to wait so penis can heal by it self.

It’s very positive that you can have morning wood even if it’s weak it means you are on right track.

My tip is to not masturbate to much, Because you don’t want to tire your penis even more. It’s enough to make it a bit erect for blood flowing. And heat is good for same reasons to.

And be patience

Injuries take time to heal. My advice:

1. Take time off
2. Take time off.
3. When you think it is healed: take a little more time off.

Also, erect jelqing is hard to resist because it seems like you get great ‘plump’ from them, but due to injury risk stay away from them.

So, 2 months after the injury..

My erections are better now, I pretty much have the same errect size than before, but not has hard. My cock don’t seem to have healed much since 2/3 weeks.

Once in a while, I masturbate to see how my dick healed, and after I finished, my skin turn very red, it’s prety weird.

Seems you are on the right path to recover, take it easy until you are fully recover and please don’t try anything that extreme with your penis ever again.

90/100% jelqs are the worst pe execises invented I swear. I got injured myself because of these but I fully recovered luckily. It’s great to hear your getting better and better now. Don’t ever do it again until your conditioned enough.

If you HAVE to masturbate when injured, then heat your dick up first - trust me on this. It is still better to avoid it though.

My cock still doesn’t seem to heal much since the last few weeks. I think I could have sex at this point, but my erections are not as hard as before, it looks like I’m stucked at ~85/90%.

Beside of my skin and veins turning really red if I try to masturbate, an other weird thing is that sometimes my gland is scratching. Especially if I think about something that turn me on, I instantly feel that scratching.

You may need to help the healing process along a bit.

I would incorporate hot/cold treatment for a while. Easiest way to do this is in your shower- just direct the shower head towards your penis and have it hot for 2 mins then cold for 2 mins and alternate for at least 8 mins in the morning and 8-12 minutes at night.

A fortnight of that should have you back to your swinging best.

If not go see the doctor!
