What are the symptoms that you have injured your glans?

If there are two holes in it, it is a snake bite!

What type PE are you doing? What exactly have you done? What does the area in question look and feel like? You have to give us something to go on.

It just feel when I manual stretch mauybe i am stressin the glans too much. I dont know if i have injured my penis but it almost seems liek it has shrunk and its very hard to get an erection.

Just stop what you are doing for now and everything should return to normal in a day or 2. Then you will have to re-evaluate your techniques. You give us very little information to go on as to what exactly you are doing.

Its not easy to just site back and give it time. But, time is what you need. I have been threw the same thing. Its hard not to check it every five minuets. If you can take your mind of it. You will be better before you know it.

If your pain is directly connected to your glans area when stretching, then it’s probably due to too much stress when you gripped your glans area and pulled. Be sure to grip below the glans so that the head doesn’t take all the stress. For now, just give it a day or two rest, and you should be fine. Your penis is shrinking in response to the stress it’s received. That’s all. Rest.

thanks guys seriously thats all i been doin, probably puttin too much stress on the head when stretching. I will take a few days off. Its not like i felt so much pain and i would only hold the stretch 25 to 30 seconds.

Personally, until I learned better about how best to grip, I always found stretching the most uncomfortable of all PE routines. Just experiment with a better grip, and you’ll be fine. Do any jelqing?
