Injury risk with only stretching

Injury risk with only stretching

So, can anyone tell me what risks there is when you only do stretching with proper warm-up and warm-down? What can be damaged?
It must be more risks when doing clamping and other blood-related exercises.

Is there any thread with information about this? My skills with the search-button isn’t the best! ;)

Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)

The amount of risk for any exercise is directly related to the amount of force you use.

Some guys start out very timid and use very little force. They get no injury, but they get little gain. Then there are the guys that go all out and use full force. They get a lot of injury in the form of red spots or worse blood discoloration with poor erection quality and these guys also get little or no gain.

The trick with PE is to find your moderate force level that stays just below the level that causes injury, but is still enough to stimulate gains.

What I always like to say is that PE is not a game of force, it is a game of finesse.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Well, the hard thing for me is to know how hard that I should stretch. I can push really hard without getting pain (unless in teh head with bad grip). So the trick is to find the perfect amount. Maybe I shall look for positive PIs?

When I got back on PEing 2 years, and joined this forum, I mostly did manual stretches and was so anxious for gains that did it with a lot of force and for a long time without conditioning myself. And of course since I was a applying more pressure and dedicating more time I started out having great gains but in few weeks blood started coming out of my urethra so I had to stop pEing for a while.

Oh dear; how much more force / pressure is a lot ? Or is it to the point where the exercises started hurting; also if you could define “long time”,

Much appreciated, as I’m trying to get a better knowledge of a danger zone, as I’m just starting out.

It always goes back to it being a case by case basis. You need to be observant of what is going on during and after your exercises. You should feel some tug but not feel lots of residual soreness hours after. It’s better to go easy and ramp it up slowly until you see what’s happening. Ease back if As you said, watch the PI’s and if they are the same or getting better you are good to go, otherwise. Ease back if the PI’s are going down or if you feel too much residual soreness. Even when first getting started if I had tired dick feeling 24 hours after I considered it too aggressive and would dial it back. Certainly don’t wait until blood starts coming out your urethra. My god that would be terrifying! This is a marathon not a sprint…remember that…

Start (Oct 2010) NBPEL: 5, BPEL: 5.875 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.25 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

(November 2013) NBPEL: 5.875, BPEL: 6.625 inches, BASE GIRTH: 5.625 inches, MID GIRTH: 5

Goal NBPEL(7-7.5)xMEG(5.5-6) (journal)

There are 2 foremost risks, IMHO. The first one is to hurt ligs. Ligs are less strong than TA, I think.

The other one is to stop gains. If you apply a lot of force, your penis will become stronger as a protective reaction. And realize that your penis can become very, very strong (it is already at starting, actually).

As hard as I could man.

And I stretched for 30 min a day.

Interesting you saying that because back in the days, as soon as I took a 2 weeks break, to recover from my urethra bleed, my dick was so toughened up that I wasn’t gaining anymore.
